OUR PAST

Spencer Mayberry and Trevor Mayberry grew up in Lake Mary, FL. They were introduced to the electrical trade at an early age and developed an affinity for the industry immediately. Both Spencer and Trevor were focused on working together and earning a living for themselves. In an effort to learn more about the business they took separate paths. Both working alongside electricians, superintendents, and project managers.

A similarity in their company cultures surfaced; there was a strong fixation on profits. As a result, relationships were painfully shallow. It became difficult for the Mayberry brothers to enjoy the work they grew up doing. This drove them to a choice: continue where they were or start a company based on their own values.

OUR PRESENT

Spencer and Trevor set out to start their own organization. After a year of planning, organizing, and building solutions they were able to finally execute on their goal. Slowly they recruited those they trusted to perform with efficiency and take care of their beloved customers. After attaining a well-refined team and building an internal system for success the team was ready.

NEI Corporation (Nation Electrical Infrastructures) was born.

As a team Spencer, Trevor, and the NEI organization worked to harness customer relationships by placing profits secondary. They became a relationship-oriented business and built a blueprint to foster and deepen those connections: NEI's Customer Partner Process.
